Self-awareness is a process that goes deeper and wider the more you use it. When we reflect on how we act or think in ways that reinforce dominator culture, we can dismantle it in ourselves. By making reflection a reflex, you will spend less time ruminating and more time feeling peaceful.

Learn how to both use this process effectively and how to seed it in the people you work with during this inspiring and empowering session.

As a leader, change maker, and/or advocate, you are the medium through which your brilliance flows. Everything from your core values, to your past pain, to the mission you are uniquely qualified to bring to life, gets filtered through the totality of who you are. The more you equip yourself with the tools to protect, honor, and amplify all that you, “the medium,” are, the more you access your own set of superpowers. The world doesn’t need more high achievers. It needs more individuals who can transform their pain into compassion and leverage their experiences for the service and support of others. The wonderful thing is, we get to do both!

Empathy is hard-wired in humans, but it is not automatic; it only activates when we consciously choose to do so.  Unfortunately, our tribal instincts tend to kick in first, so our interactions with people we do not know well are often mired in assumptions and judgment. Luckily, curiosity is the bridge between judgment and empathy.

During this inspiring and empowering workshop, learn how to identify your assumptions and turn them into curiosity. Learn simple ways to embed empathetic curiosity into your team and communication style.

Americans are truly terrible at accountability. We have lots of examples and stories of people evading capture, getting away with the harm they caused, and even giving the non-apology, "I'm so sorry you feel that way."

Accountability is the least often exercised, but is a crucial element in building a trusting, inclusive dynamic. During this engaging workshop, learn how to model accountability for yourself and your team. Make growth a natural byproduct of being accountable to each other.

Humans evolved in communities, which means we never learned how to actually build them. We know how to exist in community, but not how to build it in new spaces.

Let's shift our mindset and develop the skills to create safe spaces for everyone to be human at work.
