  • I’m an Organizational Anthropologist and Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach with more than 25 years of experience leading businesses across technology, academia, and healthcare. My unique lens will help you understand why humans do what they do, and I provide easily applicable solutions and support for leaders (and their teams) to be more messily, authentically, and gracefully resilient.

    1. Coaching. The patterns you developed to make you successful are no longer serving you. We will work together to unwind the tangle that got you here, and you will feel validated, empowered, and generally more peaceful.

    2. Consulting. Team dysfunction often results from a dysfunctional culture. Every group of humans, no matter how small, will create unspoken, unwritten rules that define “normal” behavior. These rules play out at every level and in every action within that team. We will work together to identify the root cause of the dysfunction by pinpointing the rule(s) unintentionally sowing disease within your team. With these findings, we will build a custom toolset for communication and corrective actions to transform your team culture.

    3. Workshops and Classes. Get started immediately, implement practices, and have reference materials to revisit. I offer workshops (in-person or virtual) and online courses to leaders who are looking for quick wins.

  • From first-time managers to seasoned executives, I work with leaders who care about their people. My clients are often overachievers, people-pleasers, and/or perfectionists seeking better balance. Their teams are often high-achieving and dependable, but are in conflict or experiencing burnout.
