I’m on a mission to teach leaders how to create extraordinary workplace cultures. I’ve spent the past two decades building teams and businesses that thrive.
As an organizational anthropologist, my passion for extraordinary workplace cultures extends to diagnosing critical roadblocks and then building programs and policies to deconstruct them. The research shows that consistent, persistent focus on developing self-awareness, curiosity, and trust-building are critical skills for every leader to be the person everyone wants to work for.
Candice Heidebrecht holds a Master of Arts in Applied Anthropology and is a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach.

My extensive experience in building teams and organizing exceptional programs enables our clients to train, certify, coach, and accelerate teams’ overall productivity to impact growth and align with their organizational goals. I’m passionate about creating more inclusive workplace cultures through my work with Cultivate Empathy.

I am adept at managing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness /sales and gain a competitive advantage.
