Meet Candice

I’m on a mission to teach leaders how to create extraordinary workplace cultures. I’ve spent the past two decades building teams and businesses that thrive.

As an organizational anthropologist, my passion for extraordinary workplace cultures extends to diagnosing critical roadblocks and then building programs and policies to deconstruct them. The research shows that consistent, persistent focus on developing self-awareness, curiosity, and trust-building are critical skills for every leader to be the person everyone wants to work for.

Candice Heidebrecht holds a Master of Arts in Applied Anthropology and is a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach.
